Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide. Postage is typically between 2-8 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will make, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

We offer free delivery to residents living in Moe, Newborough, Yallourn North, Morwell Traralgon, Trafalgar, Yarragon and Warragul in Victoria Aus.

Our standard shipping cost outside this area is $12.00 using Australia Post Standard Delivery or $17 AUD for Australia Post Express Delivery. All orders over $100 are shipped for free.

Missing or late orders

If your order has gone missing, please email us at hello@whiffy.com.au so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit, we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Whiffy does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

Returns

All orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will issue a refund for that item. Items in a cart or wish list are not reserved. Sometimes our customers are faster than our servers and on rare occasions, we may need to cancel orders if we find that stock is not available for you.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Whiffy goodies, please contact us by emailing hello@whiffy.com.au along with your order number to arrange for a refund, exchange or credit note. Return postage costs and exchange postage costs must be covered by the customer unless Whiffy reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Exclusions:

  • There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes for change of mind.

  • Whiffy does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

  • Any questions regarding Whiffy goods purchased at a Whiffy stockist must be addressed to that stockist

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email, which you can use to track the progress of your order.
